Dr. John Fabra is a Doctor of Chiropractic who is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and stay active so they can continue doing the things they love.
Dr. Fabra earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University, where he developed a strong foundation in chiropractic care, biomechanics, and patient-centered wellness. His approach to care is centered around understanding each patient as an individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
He has experience working with a wide range of patients, from those dealing with everyday aches and discomfort to individuals looking to improve their movement, performance, and overall quality of life. His training includes a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Diversified, Activator, Torque Release Technique, Bio-Geometric Integration, Logan Basic, Webster Technique, and pediatric chiropractic care.
What Dr. Fabra enjoys most about chiropractic is the opportunity to build relationships with his patients and help them take a more active role in their health. He believes chiropractic care should be about more than simply addressing where someone hurts—it should be about understanding the person, identifying factors that may be contributing to their symptoms, and developing a plan that fits their goals and lifestyle.
Outside of the office, Dr. Fabra enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors. He has a particular passion for strength training, snowboarding, hiking, and mountaineering. His own active lifestyle gives him an appreciation for how important it is to keep the body functioning well—not just for everyday life, but for the activities and adventures that make life enjoyable.
Whether you’re dealing with a new concern, looking to improve how you move, or simply want to take a more proactive approach to your health, Dr. Fabra looks forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals.
